Friends. Forever.
Was just logging on today when i remembered that its Shiwei's bdae today. OH my. i almost forgot!!! Than i quickly sms-ed him and he was all cool and nice like he usually is. Been sometime since i saw him for more than 5 mins before he disappeared. Much less talk to him. Except last sun when i was talking to my cousin, Jason, the one from AJC, abt my promos and JCT thingy... and shiwei was sitting beside. He just told me "Fail la... fail everything la... nvm one." haha. crap guy. Kinda miss him and all his crap. Din see much of him since i got into JC and he got into NS. And he's like forever missing from church.
Well, he's still this good fren la, one i treasure alot, but just kinda not so close now. Last time got alot of time mah, to chat on the phone, go out as that huge group... go town,go watch movie wadeva. Haha... those were the slacking days. seriously. Then i suddenly feel that i miss Jamie alot. So i went to her blog and started reading from her archives- Goodbye Singapore, Hello HongKong or something like dat. I "followed" her "adventures" at her new sch and new location. It was like SO COOL and so... HOLLYWOOD MOVIE. and... so... not Singapore. Haha. dunno how to describe. It's like completely cool and wow. i almost wished i was with her. Budden, u prob have to take maths there. so... nvm. I'll settle with my college for now. heh. But reading her blog is like... woah, exactly what i imagined my Uni life will be like. And the reason why i wanna go to UK or US(or at least, part of the reason). I guess pple there are much more open and a thousand times more friendly. Of course, crime rates are higher and culture is diff and so on... but seriously, i want that experience!! Hearing Jamie talked abt the jazz nitez, real rooftop parties, dorm life, room mates, meeting pple from like a million countries, watching the popular girls clique etc.... In Singapore u don haf that lo. Like yea, u have popular girls and all that, but they don call themselves a certain name (u noe, like in Mean Girls, the plastics or something. din watch so dunno for sure.)and is not a clique in the limelight etc. I don want to be a popular girl, but it'll be interesting to watch these clear definations of cliques. Like u watch in hollywood movies. Haha. UWC in HK is like so cool... of course, that might be cause its United WORLD college, and not just some regular HK sch. And Jamie is still so... jamie. Love her. She's still so cute and adorable and all. And i can imagine she's still as pink and as fun and still the intelligent and smart bimbo she is. haha. hugs, jam! She deserves all this fun and this big treat. Have fun girl. Missing u lots. I never did found anyone quite like jam in TJ. I mean. I really really like my friends in TJ. But i guess i've never met another Jamie. And prob never will. TJ is not a place for Jamies. It's fun, and interesting. But in a totally diff way la. I never did meet another gal that told me it's alright to like pink. And it's alright to just have fun and unwind. And really just chill out. I never had sleepover parties, no crazy CG outings. No slacking around just chatting. No more CG private meetings in the library reading room (muz book early, the one with the ikea sofas etc. 04A1's fave).There's not even one adjective to describe jamie. Just... Jamie. haha. I guess i never did appreciate all those stuff. I even thought we were too slack. Which i still think we were. But it was fun. really fun. Now that i never get to hear anyone talk abt guys the way jamie does, i actually miss it. haha. i never did get into it, cuz i din noe those guys well anyway. But still, it was so uniquely Jamie. I guess i really do miss her. And Ginny, Ruth, Hannah, Siew Tee, Alson, William, Sherry, Angie, Iona etc etc.... 04A1. and of course, mr tong. the best CT ever. *Hmm... i just received the weirdest msn message from the weirdest possible person.* Joyce at 11:17 AM
